Key Requirements
● Minimum of 3 years of JS experience in building frontend applications utilizing REST APIs or similar JS applications of substantial scale.
● Proficiency in frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular.
● Experience with charting libraries like Plotly or Echarts.
● Understanding of build and deployment processes using Express (or similar) server within containers or cloud services.
Beneficial
● Familiarity with UI web frameworks.
● Experience in UI and admin interface development.
● Mobile web development experience is a plus.
● Background in dashboard creation or automated report generation is a plus.

Job Description
What you will do:
● Develop and manage AI energy optimization projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines
● Coordinate with clients and technical team on pre sales processes and managing project pipelines
● Collect latest market information and report to headquarters
● Achieve pre-agreed sales targets
● Manage junior sales engineers
● Coordinate with tech leads and handover of projects after sales
● Develop and maintain relationships with clients post sales and continue future engagements.What we are looking for
● At least 5 years sales / business development experience in energy management or building automation technology related project businesses
● Good connections with property developer, BMS contractors, consultants etc.
● Independent problem solving skills
● Self motivated and outgoing personality

● Build visualization using dashboard tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
● Prepare report on Energy Saving Opportunities
● Perform statistical testing on saving strategies
● Prepare demos for potential clients
● Pre-sales support for potential clients

● Problem solving skills and ability to learn independently are essential.
● Experience with SQL and analytical software would be beneficial.
